Message from Peggy Sue Chubb, Manager Norman Wells Historical Society:
“The Norman Wells Historical Centre received a grant last spring for an art program, so out that came the project Happy Feet. It was an exciting day to finally present these beautiful moccasins to the Long Term Care residents on May 3rd, 2021. These moccasins were made by the finest crafters in the Sahtu.
