The Department of Protective Services is reminding ATV users that CSA or DOT approved helmets are mandatory on all municipal roadways. NOTE: elders are exempt from helmet use.
We would like to encourage all users to wear helmets at all times (in or out of town) to help prevent head injury should an accident happen.
This is also a reminder that ATV users are required to follow municipal speed limits and traffic signage.
