Thank you for taking the time to share your input and opinions about your labour related needs as a member of our business community during our initial survey last week.

Please accept this invitation to participate in our engagement sessions to:

1. Discuss key topics,
2. Expand further on what needs to improve & the challenges you face both individually and share as local businesses, and
3. Offer potential solutions.

Together, these will provide us with the necessary candid foundation we require and the potential solutions which are realistic to you and locally driven.  To assist in developing a realistic plan complete with recommendations to be included in our Community Labour Market Development Plan.

What: Engagement Sessions – Community Labour Market Development Plan

Where: via Zoom (OR if Zoom does not work for you we can arrange an in-person alternative for those)

Who: Town of Norman Wells – local businesses managers / owners

When:

–              March 21st (Monday): at 12noon – 1:00pm OR

–              March 21st (Monday): at 6:30pm – 7:30pm

REQUEST: to please RSVP for 1 of these sessions, simply reply to myself at this email address with the best time by March 18^th  (Friday).  You will then be receiving a meeting invite & email with the Zoom details as a follow-up to your RSVP.

Outcome: The result of this project is a Town of Norman Wells Community Labour Market Development Plan which will inform future programs and initiatives that the Town of Norman Wells will undertake in support of our local businesses and residents.
