The Town of Norman Wells is excited to inform you that all Town Roads, including Mackenzie Drive to DOT will be resurfaced with asphalt binder and embedded aggregate.. AKA “Chip Seal”. (excluding the road to the dump and Canol Drive).
The tender process has begun, and the chip seal work is scheduled to begin summer of 2022. Chip seal will improve the safety and driving conditions for all drivers.
This project is funded by the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP), Small Communities Fund, and the Community Public Infrastructure (CPI) Fund.
