Due to the State of local Emergency in Norman Wells related to the outbreak of COVID-19, front counter services (such as Criminal record checks) at the Norman Wells RCMP detachment are suspended until further notice.
If anyone needs immediate police services please continue to call 978-1111 or 911. Local RCMP members are still available 24-7 to respond to emergencies and may be seen wearing extra levels of Personal Protective Equipment depending on the situation.
We also want to remind you that police are using additional COVID-19 screening questions when calls come in to our Operational Command Centre.
