How to apply:
1) Fill out the vendor application attached and email to nw_edo@outlook.com or drop it off at the SBDC office between 10am-3pm on a business day. Please drop off cash with your application or contact Kylie Frank for EMT info.
2) Fill out the food establishment permit from Environmental Health and sent to Environmental_health@gov.nt.ca or fax to (867) 669 7517. Please note, SBDC does not need a copy of your Environmental Health application, they will contact us once you are approved.

3) Start planning your booth!
