The Town of Norman Wells Bylaw Division operates under the direction of the Director of Protective Services and in accordance with the town bylaws. The bylaws are primarily enforced in a manner that protects the general public’s quality of life and aims to preserve the beauty and functionality of our town by using education to resolve most issues.
